Smaller operations are running on WhatsApp, Excel and paper. There's a real gap for someone to not just sell them software, but actually run it for them on a monthly subscription.
Most build calculators are built by min-maxers for min-maxers. The casual majority just wants a solid, comfortable setup without the homework. That's the gap.
